Mass Production Update

Dear all backers,
Mass Production
We just finished trial production and things are moving smoothly. We have started our work again after the long public holiday in China. After making the necessary changes in design, material, production molds, we have received the latest round of sample sets and we are currently in the process of mass production.
Quality Control
Please check the below photo of our Erazor production line. Our QC Team will keep on checking the quality of the components and make sure the quality of Erazor is up to standard.
Packaging
We've been working on the Erazor packaging for the past couple of weeks, and we can't wait to show you what we've got in store! We've gone through many designs, and have finally come to one that we're super happy with. Now we're getting ready for quoting on the printing, cutting, scoring, and assembly.
Backerkit orders
Backerkit will begin to charge your card and lock your orders. 80% of the survey are filled. for those of you that still haven't fill in your survey, please make sure you have completed the survey on Backetkit. For those recent backers, please make sure to complete your survey after receiving the invitation. They are typically sent 14 - 20 days after the date of the pledge. We need you guys to confirm your full address and payment method. For those of you that selected your add on items, please make sure your credit card information is valid, so we can get ready for the production with the estimated shipping time is in November.

Thanks for continuous support for our campaign! We are now getting closer to shipping and need your help to get it going without delay.
To better manage the add-ons, item options and verify information, we will be using Backerkit for help. Soon we will invite you to the shipping survey by email. Once received, please click on the link attached ASAP to access the survey. Please verify your delivery information, item selections such as colors there. You do not need to pay any extra unless you have selected add-on items.
At the factory, we have already finished tooling and will start the pilot production after the Chinese National Day holiday. The factory is expected to close down for a few days over the coming week, only restarting operations afterwards. #2 Stretch Goal Unlocked
You guys did it!!!!!! We will be including this protective cap inside your Erazor package.
This protective cap will protect you from any dust, hair, and other small particles from entering Erazor. But most importantly it protects the ultra-thin stainless foil surface itself and the ceramic blades on the insides.
Survey
We are setting up survey on the Backerkit and we will be sending out survey to all backers by the end of this month. We'll send out the survey to all of you to collect your shipping address, colors and add-ons order. At the same time, we will prepare the materials for the production with the estimated shipping time is in November. Please be patient!
Add-ons
Since the start of the campaign, we have received quite a number of suggestions towards Erazor. One of the most popular suggestions is having replacement blades for Erazor and we are happy to do so. There will be an option in the survey where you can get your replacement blades.
Beta Testing
There are numerous backers who filled in the survey, and we will be sending 4-5 samples out by the end of this month.
This batch of the blades below are the improved version which means it is better and stronger than the last batch we tested.
Production Process
Everything is looking good and we are running on schedule, we've already finished masking for Erazor and it is pretty much to move to the next stage. We want to give a huge thanks to everyone for being so patient with us, we know you've been eager to get your hands on it. Meanwhile, we will start our tooling next week. We expect the process to be completed early in October.

Since the start of the campaign, we have received quite a number of suggestions towards Erazor. One of the suggestions is to have a protective cap for the ultra-thin stainless foil surface.
Stretch Goal #2
Therefore, we are announcing our Second Stretch Goal as soon as we reach US$200,000. After discussing with the team and the feedback you guys have been suggesting. There will be a protective transparent rigid cap for backers to choose from.
This protective cap will protect you from any dust, hair, and other small particles from entering Erazor. But most importantly it protects the ultra-thin stainless foil surface itself and the ceramic blades on the insides, so it won't break.

We've prepared a few Erazor samples and we are looking for 5 people who will test out Erazor and give us their honest opinions and feedback on how we can improve Erazor as a whole.
